Shipping Policy
Sew Expressive’s orders are generally delivered within 14 business days. Estimated delivery times are subject to change. Generally, most items ship in 1-2 weeks upon receiving print-ready artwork or approved printing proof when using Sew Expressive's custom services. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Rush items are available for a 20% rush charge. Rush orders are delivered within seven (7) business days. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons and other unexpected circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of payment satisfaction.
For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled.
Items must be inspected for damage and accuracy within 72 hours of delivery. Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order and inspection of defects. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for store credit and will be denied. Customers are responsible for shipment of returned items. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
Sew Expressive ensures that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Sew Expressive does not accept returns for any of our custom embroidered items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 72 hours have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
Please keep your tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Sew Expressive account. It usually takes 3-5 business days to process store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. Items must be inspected for damage within 72 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to receive instructions on how to return/exchange your item(s). The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What happens after ordering or requesting a quote?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you can request an emailed copy of your invoice upon completing your order.
